Our Non-governmental organization (NGO) is operating its activities under the umbrella of Black Ocean Safi with no prejudice against a single faith, race, or political belief and is a non-political, non-profit, and unbiased organization. It has its own independent body and legal position.

We aim to participate in Afghanistan, with active membership in national clusters and foreign donor agencies, and most of the national and international clusters operating in Afghanistan.
